Le Salon Aux Fleurs can deliver to you anywhere in Australia.

Orders 30km of Armadale, VIC will be delivered within 2 business days.

Le Salon Aux Fleurs uses a variety of different courier services to ship our products. General items are shipped using Fastway and Australia Post. Fragile and larger furniture items are sent using our specialist couriers to ensure your treasures arrive safely..

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, you will be advised all shipping charges in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

All courier services used by Le Salon are registered, with a unique tracking number advised as soon as we dispatch to you. Where we use specialist courier services we will email you with those details directly. 

Packing and delivery - Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Tracking Your Order - Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been received by Le Salon Aux Fleurs. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped - and this will include a unique tracking number.  

Pick Up From Store: Our new website allows you to choose to pick up your item from store. Of course picking up your item from store incurs no packing charge..

Returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an email with order number, image of faulty/damaged product and your reason for return. If return is approved and it is a change of mind, postage will be at the customer’s cost.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at shop@lesalonauxfleurs.com.au – We will reply to your email as soon possible and resolve the issue as best we can.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at Le Salon Aux Fleurs discretion.

CAN I RETURN SALES ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?

Refunds, exchange and credits are not provided for sale items, unless they are faulty. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned for a store credit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@lesalonauxfleurs.com.auand we will be in touch.

Change of mind returns 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For faulty items 

A pre-addressed bag will be sent to the customer for return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
