SHIPPING FOR ONLINE ORDERS

  • We ship online orders Australia wide.

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

  • Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been received. You will receive another email once your order has been shipped and this will include a unique tracking number.  

  • Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, you will be advised all shipping charges in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

  • We use a variety of different courier services to ship our products. General items are shipped using Fastway and Australia Post. Fragile and larger furniture items are sent using our specialist couriers to ensure your treasures arrive safely.

  • All courier services used are registered, with a unique tracking number advised as soon as we dispatch to you. Where we use specialist courier services we will email you with those details directly. 

  • Pick up from store is now available online at check out free of charge.

  • Orders 30kms outside of Metro Melbourne will be delivered within 2 business days.

DELIVERY FOR FLORAL ORDERS

  • We deliver floral orders across Melbourne.

  • Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email that your order has been received. Delivery will be completed the next business day. You will receive another email once your order has been delivered.

  • Same day delivery available for all orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday. Delivery to The Mornington Peninsula & Geelong is available. A minimum spend of $250 applies with a delivery fee of $150.

  • Delivery costs are influenced by location, you will be advised all shipping charges in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. $20 for within a radius of 5km of Metro Melbourne. $35 for within a radius of 5km - 10km of Metro Melbourne. $60 for any distance greater distance. $150 for The Mornington Peninsula and Geelong.

  • Pick up from store is also available at check out at no additional cost.

Return Policy

  • Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have past by since purchase or date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.

  • Exchange/store credits are not provided for sale items.

  • Items purchased with a promo code may be exchanged or provided with a store credit only.

  • Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind refund will be made at Le Salon Aux Fleurs discretion. Please send an email to shop@lesalonauxfleurs.com.au for review and we will be in contact with the outcome.

  • If eligible for a change of mind return, your item must unopened and in the original packaging at time of purchase. If returning via mail, postage will not be covered and come at the customer’s own expense.

  • Return your product to : Shop 3/974-976 High St, Armadale VIC 3143.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at shop@lesalonauxfleurs.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue as best we can asap. A pre-addressed bag will be sent to the customer for return at no additional cost.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is clearly displayed on the card. After expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited.
  • Gift cards may be redeemed for products and services only at Le Salon Aux Fleurs, in-store and online. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Gift cards may be used for multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero. Any remaining balance will be retained on the card until expiry and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or EFTPOS, except where required by law.
  • Treat your gift card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded with additional value once purchased.
  • Gift cards may not be used for unauthorised advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, or other promotional purposes.
  • These terms do not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

FLORAL MASTERCLASS

  • A minimum of [15–20 participants] is required for the masterclass to proceed.
  • Full payment of $180 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior may be transferred to another participant but are otherwise non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future masterclass.
  • Each participant will receive all flowers, materials, and tools required for the class.
  • Catering is provided in Le Goûter style by Entrecôte Restaurant, including a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.
  • Any dietary requirements must be advised at least 7 days prior to the event.
  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow attendees.
  • Please follow all safety instructions when handling tools and materials.
  • We accept no liability for injuries sustained due to misuse of materials or equipment.
  • Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please let our team know in advance.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the class.
  • Except as required by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the masterclass.
  • These terms do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
